Kristina Solomoukha
Lives and works in Paris, France.
Kristina Solomoukha’s artistic process could be defined as a reflection on urban space. Her work transcribes a personal ideological view, while using codes and vocabulary from our urban environment. Used on the same level as images, language is for her is a working tool. In that sense, expressions and word play are often the start and inspiration for projects. Her installations and watercolours depict absurd situations, utopian and incongruous architectural projects, and illustrate, magnify and exaggerate existing aberrations.
